A historical sponsorship from BEKO!

BEKO has became the sponsor of the 2010 FIBA World Championship, which will be held in Turkey. BEKO, the international brand of ARÇELIK GROUP will be part of one of the world’s biggest sports event as its “presenting sponsor”. This will make BEKO the first Turkish brand ever to sponsor a global sports organization in such scale. " We are pleased to have a sponsor for the 2010 FIBA world championship in Turkey, BEKO being a Turkish brand makes this sponsorship much more valuable" -  commented President of The Turkish Basketball Federation Turqay Demirel. BEKO's association with basketball  started with the Turkish Basketball League " Title sponsorship" in 2006. The league took its new title "BEKO Basketball League" and the All-star organization is now being played under the name of " BEKO All- Star" since sponsorships began. BEKO's association with basketball will continue with new sponsorships in an international scale.
