Beko and Blomberg named as Get Connected Product of the Year 2011 in the UK.

"Get Connected", one of the  leading trade monthlies in the UK has awarded Beko the "Get Connected Products of the Year 2011" in two categories. Blomberg was also recognised in the “Special Awards Category” for its outstanding commercial proposition to independent retailers. Beko and Blomberg, the leading brands of Arçelik, have been awarded "Get Connected Products of the Year Awards 2011" by "Get Connected", one of the most well-known magazines of the electrical goods industry in the UK, which is read by the trade and independent retailers.

Based on readers’ votes, and the scores of an independent panel, the Beko 4-door Fridge/Freezer was named a “Get Connected Product of the Year 2011” in the Refrigeration Category, and the Beko OIM22500XP built-in pyrolytic oven was recognised in the Cooking Category. Beko and Blomberg was also recognised for its for outstanding commercial proposition to independent retailers in the “Special Awards Category”. The winning Beko and Blomberg products, which beat many famous brands to the top spots can now display the "Get Connected Product of the Year 2011" logo on any promotions, advertising, consumer and trade communications, or point-of-sale materials. The winning products in all award categories will be listed in the May issue of "Get Connected" magazine.
